This policy explains how Culturefiy LLC collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use Namos Desk.
Who we are
Namos Desk is operated by Culturefiy LLC. When a customer uses Namos Desk to collect feedback, run support, publish changelogs, or send surveys to its own users, that customer decides why and how that data is used and we process it on the customer's behalf under our Data Processing Agreement.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and authentication identifiers, provided through our authentication provider.
- Content you submit: feedback posts, comments, votes, support conversations, survey responses, help center and changelog content.
- Billing information: handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, features used, browser type, and IP address, collected through logs and analytics.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the service.
- To authenticate users and process payments.
- To send transactional emails such as sign-in, notification, and billing messages.
- To provide AI-assisted features such as tag suggestions, using content you submit to the service.
- To understand usage and improve the product.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account or your organization's account is active, and afterward only as needed for legal, security, and accounting purposes. Customers can delete their data within the service, and can ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If your data was submitted to a Namos Desk customer, please contact that customer first. To make a request to us, email team@namoslabs.com.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International transfers
Our subprocessors are located in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers of personal data from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.
Children
Namos Desk is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify account holders.
